A newly made Chinese sideboard from Zhejiang, China, crafted from poplar wood and finished in a dark antique-style lacquer. The clean, simple structure is paired with four reclaimed drawers from old Fujian cabinets, bringing original carved and painted details into the new design.

The sideboard offers four upper drawers for smaller items and two spacious cabinet compartments with interior shelves. It provides practical storage for tableware, linens, books, or household essentials, making it suitable for a dining room, living room, entrance hall, or beneath a large artwork.

The slim 40 cm depth allows it to sit comfortably along a wall without taking up too much floor space. Each piece may vary slightly because the reclaimed drawer fronts have their own carving patterns, colours, and age marks.
