A distinctive Chinese antique cabinet from Shandong, China, crafted from solid elm wood approximately 100 years ago. The cabinet features the rounded legs commonly found in traditional Shandong furniture, giving the piece a balanced and recognisable silhouette.

The original elm wood frame retains its deep aged finish and natural patina, while the door panels have been newly replaced with handwoven rattan. The rattan adds texture and lightness to the darker wood while keeping the cabinet practical for everyday use.

Inside, the cabinet offers open shelving and two small drawers for organising tableware, linens, books, or household items. Its versatile proportions make it suitable as dining room storage, a living room cabinet, a hallway piece, or a compact linen cupboard.
