A rare 100-year-old Chinese antique kitchen cabinet from Ningbo, China, crafted from solid fir wood and preserved in its original wood stain.
The cabinet features beautifully carved upper doors that open to generous storage space, while the traditional slatted compartment below was originally designed for everyday kitchen use and ventilation. Today, it works well as a pantry cabinet, dining room storage, linen cupboard, or a practical statement piece for the living room.
Its original finish highlights the natural grain of the fir wood, together with the age marks, colour variation, and patina developed over many decades. The tall proportions provide useful storage without taking up excessive floor space, making it suitable for both traditional and contemporary interiors.
